With the long weekend over it will be back to the salt mines as it were. Kids are off to school and adults will be back trying to make the world go round. Those looking for a great cup of coffee should check out the Comox or Cumberland Grind coffee houses. Personally, I prefer the Mexicano - an Americano with chocolate and cayenne pepper.

As this blog progresses it is my plan to include daily Valley observances, restaurant choices and other interesting points of view.
